Welcome to ISO 20022 Payment Initiation Relay Rulebook Directory
This directory provides an overview of the accession, change and termination status of the Forwarding Agent and the Debtor Agent which participate in the ISO 20022 Payment Initiation Relay Rulebook. The BIC(s) used to accede to the Rulebook are published in the directory to show to your counterparties that you are ready and capable of processing ISO 20022 Relay messages from a technical, operational and legal standpoint. The directory also reflects the status changes when you wish to add BIC(s) and role(s) played by the Participating Agents, remove existing BIC(s) from the directory and change the role of the Participating Agents acting as the Forwarding Agent and/or Debtor Agent in the payment relay business.
